The Champions Mentoring​

A mentoring program targeting minority populations and at risk youth. Working alongside probation departments, schools and community organizations to support positive youth development.
Soul Players of the Valley, South Alamosa ​

Soul Players of the Valley is a collaboration of four cities in the Valley, working with the Latino Foundation, that to establish community centers in Capulin, Antonito, San Luis, and South Alamosa.
